Sales Support

Basic Salary up to £30,000

Job Description

As a rapidly growing business with record levels of demand, we are currently looking to bolster our administration team. We have offices operating in London, Brighton, Leeds and Barcelona.

We’re deeply passionate about our team and our customers. Our fantastic retention in both areas showcases our ability to share success.

The role is to provide strong support to the Sales team by performing first class administrative duties.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager whilst working closely with the sales team, you will be the link between the company and its customers. Engaging with and supporting our clients (new and existing) to generate sales and retain customers by providing exceptional customer service.

You will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to support multiple individuals and oversee many clients at once.

Role Responsibilities:

Create and manage orders for potential clients

Record new account information and documentation

Provide customer support on customer complaints and technical issues, resolving them in an efficient and timely manner.

Gain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and line of products

Support the sales leadership with performance tracking

Performance Marketing Manager

Up to £50,000 per annum (Flexible)

Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. Owning and executing our paid media strategy, you will report directly to our head of digital.

Using customer insight and performance data, you will develop our customer acquisition channels and run the day-to-day management. This is a fully encompassing role for the right person looking to put their stamp across the whole business.

The ideal candidate will build a successful strategy that maximises customer acquisition and drives down cost across multiple facets of our business. We want an individual with an eye for innovation and who wants to push forward with new ideas.

Overview

Deep knowledge of all facets of Paid Media e.g. Google and Bing Ads – covering search, display, discovery etc… as well as other platforms

Research and launch alternative avenues and platforms we could expand into.

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing

In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics

Experience owning the strategy for a project or brand

Experience within the drinks/financial sector or have a real passion for whisky

Some CRM experience (we use HubSpot)

Strong communication

Comfortable and confident working in a fast-paced, commercially team with a clear performance-driven focus.

Paid social media experience is a bonus

Senior Paid Social Manager

 Up to £45,000 per annum

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Digital Marketer to work primarily on our Paid Social accounts. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative individual who can create, implement and report on paid social campaigns across various platforms, as well as support the business on brand and territory launches. We want an individual with an eye for innovation and who wants to push forward with new ideas.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Digital, working within the marketing team, and will own the company’s Paid Social accounts. You will help drive the vision and strategy for our campaigns, with an aim to drive leads, sales conversions and brand awareness.

You will work across a range of our brands and will be instrumental in the launch of new activities and territories.

Overview

Working closely with the Head of Digital, to implement and deliver a successful Paid Social Strategy across the company’s paid social channels

Work on and manage our Facebook, Instagram, Linked In etc… paid media accounts, managing budgets and improving the ROI from targeted sales

Research and launch alternative avenues and platforms we could expand into

Create & distribute compelling content and ads across digital platforms

Link up well with brand and organic activity across multiple brands

Marketing campaign management to drive retargeting, engagement, conversion and cross / up-sell

Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver strategy

Regularly reporting using analytics, in the form of action plans, status updates and results/KPI’s

Ideal candidate

4+ years of practical experience in paid digital marketing and/or social media marketing roles

Creative candidate with an ability to put their finger on the pulse of the consumer and come up with innovative ideas

Experience working with relevant platforms e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Native Platforms, etc

Experience with Reporting and Analytics software e.g. Google Analytics

An ambitious attitude to career development who has strong attention to detail

Highly organised with a strategic and commercial focus

Ability to create graphical ads and posts is a bonus

Social Media Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative individual to take our business to the next level by developing and executing strategies across multiple brands. Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will plan, develop and implement content across all of Whisky Partners’ social media. You will also assist in developing the launch strategy for new brands, soon to be released by our group.

You will manage the growth and launch of our social channels, creating content that fits the target market audience whilst remaining on trend. You will also need to work closely with our design and PR teams to drive coordinated campaigns across the group. This role requires a high level of drive and self-accountability as there will be very little micromanagement.

We are looking for the right person to join us at this critical stage. Helping drive our business to the next level with the launch of new brands, keen to share in our success!

Essential Skill Set

Proven experience within the drinks/luxury /new technologies sector

Deep knowledge of all social media platforms – (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc…)

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media

In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and brand ambassador selection

Experience owning the social strategy for a project or brand

Experience within the drinks/luxury sector or have a real passion for whisky
